Dance Interface 2012 - From Friday 28th @ 20.00

Two performances that will leave you spellbound.

Holi an International Co-production between Idan Cohen and Sapphire Creations Dance Company Dancers, ISRAEL-INDIA

A controversial dance-theatre performance, Holi combines the new pop culture Gods of Hollywood, Bollywood, divine images of feminine beauty, stories of personal and political territories, boundaries and landscapes.

Followed by

Wind Dance by Michel Casanovas, France-Switzerland

Through Wind Dance, Michel explores the openness in the aegis of contemporary dance and feels the varied movement vocabularies that drift in and out of the body and mind of a contemporary dancer. In boxes created in the frame work of the stage he explores the conflicting spaces and demands of the relationship between the different identities that the contemporary dancer inhabits and expresses in performance.
