It's Heritage Week in November and INTACH Bangalore is celebrating with a Tree Parichay in Cubbon Park. The Parichay will be jointly led by S Karthikeyan, Chief Naturalist at Jungle Lodges and Resorts, and Uma Bharath, a researcher at IIM-B. Karthik is the author of the immensely popular compilation, Flowering Trees of Bangalore. On this Parichay, Karthik and Uma will show us many of the trees in Cubbon Park, talk about their life history and about some of the other living things they support.
The walk will take 2.5 to 3 hours
There is a fee of Rs 150 for this Parichay.
