We want to start a tradition, fairly humble, to bring together all States of India in an inclusive setting to share and promote our cultures on a 'national Unification Theme' with constant inspiration, and that is not bound by region or religion. This year, we will come together on one Vibrant State, 'Punjab',which has doyens like Baba Nanak, Baba Farid, Shah Hussain, Waris Shah, Amrita Preetam,Shiv Batalavi !!
We will have an engaging environment with a variety of activities,both on and off the stage including musicians playing the Dhol (Drums) to awaken your soul and transport you to a village in Punjab, DJs of repute all day long, folk and traditional dance groups with tremendous energy(Bhangra), and vibrant colors all around. To satisfy the Punjabi palate, there will be a variety of authentic Punjabi food from well-known local restaurants. To engage the kids, while the Moms shop till they drop with the numerous carefully selected vendors, we have pot making, face painting and other activities Dont forget to take a family portrait on a tractor in Punjabi garb and make it a life long memory.
