Mridula, a senior student of Smt Nirupama Rajendra and Shri TD Rajendra, has been pursuing dance full time as a career. Her close association with her teachers over the last two decades has led her deeper understanding and appreciation of the dance form. Trained also in Bharatanatyam and special movements of natya shastra( margi techniques) has further widened her perspectives in the performance arts. As a core performing member of ADC, instructor and a graded artist of Doordarshan, she has performed in major dance festivals nationally, on television, and has toured extensively across continents.
