Founded in 2009, when the Indian breaking scene was still in its infancy, Freeze started out as small initiative by Black Ice Crew to bring boys, young and old alike, from across the country under one roof to cypher, battle and do what they do best.Four seasons and many a priceless battle later, Freeze is back for its 5th edition and doesn't intend to tune down 'the crazy' anytime soon! The much-awaited hip-hop jam, one of the biggest in India, has set a milestone in terms of footfall, participants, DJs and judges. This year's edition promises to be the best ever!
Niels Robitzky alias Storm presents Hip-Hop and Funk styles since 1983 and is one of the leading artists and pioneers in this field and has created waves in Bangalore before: In 2011 Storm opened the multi-city project "Germany and India 2011-2012: Infinite Opportunities" with his legendary choreography Solo for Two, at a pulsating workshop during the Indo-German Urban Mela in 2012 and again as part of the celebrations to mark 50 years of the Élysée Treaty between Germany and France in 2013.
